Use Cases
My Philosophy
While use cases typically fall under the responsibility of developers, it is important for the user experience designer to have input into, and perhaps even authorship of, the "user level" use cases. The user level use cases are instrumental in defining the user flow of an application and must be agreed upon by all stakeholders.
