Usability Before and After
My Philosophy
Deciding which changes to make following a usability test is one of the toughest areas of work for the usability practioner, because it involves judgement calls, collaboration, trade-offs, and negotiation.
Schedules are often tight following a usability test, changes often have to be measured by weighing the time and effort to make the change against the potential impact for the target user.
