User Personas
My Philosophy
The Persona consists of a narrative of the target users or customers behavior patterns, using specific details garnered from the research. They are used to share user knowledge with the development team in a practical and useful manner. Pairing the narrative with a photo helps to remind team members that real people will be using the website or software under development.
Personas are a lasting artifact that inform the redesign effort and should remain on hand to inform future design decisions as well.
